For providers and agencies not only the user management but also the customer management is important. With DisplayOp you are able to assign the player respectively the display to various organization units and manage them on a centralized system. For each organization unit you are able to add an individual job, manage files, add playlists and fill players with content. In consequence of the ingenious rights system all data are separated for every organization unit.
 User can be restricted in their rights, in order that they only see the players and data of their assigned organization units. Thus it is possible to host different users on a single centralized server, without any overlapping of contents and terminals. Of course you can also define users, who have access on all customers and projects. This procedure does not only saves your costs of licences for additional management server and perhaps their hardware, but brings the andministration and maintenance efforts down significantly.
Agency and solution provider – Do you want to use DisplayOp as agency or provider? In that case the client management is an ideal tool to host various customers on a centralized server. Even if a customer gets access to your web console, he only sees his own data, not the data of other customers.
