Administration and monitoring
Steer all displays out of the centralized console. It represents clear and easily identifiable all terminals. Through the intuitive control, the management interface is even easy to use for non-skilled personnel.
Where ever your Digital Signage Display is located in the world, with DisplayOp you can manage all appliances in a centralized console – independent from the location. In the DisplayOp web console you will find all devices clearly listed.
Additionally, you are able to give every player and display individual names, tags or summarize it to groups. On this way it is possible to share jobs to display groups simultaneously. For example, publish the dining plan on all displays on the point of sale. Through the individual denotation it is also for untrained and occasional user quiet easy to perform specific tasks.
The centralized administration console provides all necessary informations for the connected players, like MAC addresses, installed players, IP addresses, last update, connected displays and of course also the aspect ratio of the connected displays.
DisplayOp helps you in handling your tasks by assistants and contextual help textes in the web frontend. With the DisplayOp assistant you create fast and intuitive your desired display content.
Update cycles
According to the requirements the update cycle per player can be differently defined. If you change your content often, it is useful to make the player searching for current jobs or refreshed contents. Should an installation of a new DisplayOp player version be necessary, it can be distributed with the centralized management server. A separate on-site operation is not necessary with DisplayOp any more.
Monitoring
DisplayOp keeps you up to date. With the monitoring function you get informations about all events of your Digital Signage system, as for example errors, infos and status messages. DisplayOp immediately sends the desired messages on request via email. Thus you are always up to date and know which contents are currently running or if there are problems with the display of content or inoperative hardware. On demand it is possible to send the messages to a mobile via SMS. To do this, simply connect the pushmail function to a SMS gateway of your choice.
