Media library

The media library shows you the saved files of your Digital Signage projectsDisplayOp offers a comprehensive media library for a uniform management of files and media. Here all contents of all locations are centrally managed and stored. The library is the central data store for your Digital Signage projects. Once saved, you can transfer files to a variety of tasks and assigned playlists. Of course you can assign tags for each object, refer it to specific organizational units and sort it by categories or filters.

Here you see the media center of DisplayOpAll file operations are performed in the Media library, not only the upload of new contents, but also the delete and refresh. In regard of deleting files, the implemented login routine ensures that the current job is not affected. If a current file is refreshed, DisplayOp provides the new content automatically to the respective player – in this way you don´t have to create a new task. To manage usefully big volumes of files, you are free to make your own folder structure. So the medias can be saved individually and clearly.

Client capability – to isolate content of various customers or projects, every file can be refer to a specific organizational unit. Thus it is possible to maintain the data of several projects on a system. Each user can only see the data in their associated organizational unit.
